Biography

I was born in Des Moines Iowa, but spent most of my years growing up in Omaha Nebraska. When I was young, being a gymnast and playing outside were my passions. I graduated from Millard North High School in 1987 and received my Bachelors in Exercise Science from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. After graduating with my Masters in Health Education from the University of South Dakota, I worked as an athletic trainer for the University of Nebraska and South East High School.

Philosophy

I believe that each one of us should live our lives with a passion for our relationships, our work, and maintaining our health. My greatest joy is to work with others to achieve a goal. I love to see hard work pay off!!

Experience and Credentials

• Certified professional rescuer in First Aid and CPR
• Certified through the National Athletic Trainers Association
