Bredehoft Selected to USA Triathlon National Coaching Commission
Gary Bredehoft, CSCS of Tiger Coaching & Personal Training has been selected to join the National Coaching Commission, of the USA Triathlon organization. The role of the National Coaching Commission (NCC) includes establishing coaching certification’s and education programs for the advancement of USAT coaches. All NCC member coaches are USA Triathlon Certified Level II or Level III coaches, and have previous or current multisport coaching experience.

USA Triathlon Nebraska Junior Triathlon Team Looking for individuals 10-19 years of age who would like to be a part of the “NEW” “USAT Nebraska Junior Triathlon Team” this is a new forming club/team that will train locally & travel regionally to compete in Junior triathlon races this summer. Coached by Gary Bredehoft, CSCS, USAT certified Level II Coach, we will have weekly group training activities through the summer. Gary Bredehoft was named the Head Cross Country Coach at Lincoln Lutheran High School in 2008. Coach Bredehoft’s boys and girls Warriors qualified for the State Meet in 2009 and 2010.
