- We design programs and training plans based on your individual goals and present fitness level, your program is totally individualized to YOU! Training/programs must match individuals needs, no cookie cutter program.
- We offer personalized multisport coaching to Triathletes, Duathletes, Marathoners, and single sport Athletes.
- We specialize in designing Corporate Wellness Programs for Businesses, and can be hired by your business as a consultant to suggest wellness programs, and give fitness lectures and/or evaluations for your staff.
- We offer Supervised Programs for Strength Training and Conditioning for Young Athlete’s and Sport Teams.
- Our programs are designed to maximize your training time, no junk “miles” (workouts) maximizing fitness through cross training, optimizing workouts with proper nutrition, consistency, rest, flexibility, and mental preparation.

Gary Bredehoft is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and an USA Certified Triathlon Coach. He has been involved in fitness since high school, a cross-country and track & field athlete; Gary holds his schools cross-country record. As an adult later in life Gary learned to swim, working hard, training smart to eventually becoming the Nebraska State Games Triathlon Champion four years, including in 2000. Gary has also competed and finished in four Ironman Competitions including qualifying and finishing the Ironman World Championships in Kona Hawaii in 2004.
Gary knows what it takes to reach and achieve a goal, training smart (injury free for the last 8 years), discipline, consistency, and a strong mental edge. He enjoys working with beginner and novice clients & athletes, as well as the seasoned athlete and highly trained fitness enthusiast.
