Welcome to Tiger Coaching and Personal Training, a full time personal training & athletic coaching business with flexible hours to meet your schedule seven days a week. We offer ongoing Training and Coaching programs in fitness and athletic performance designed with your personal goals and present fitness level in mind. We will structure your program to fit your weekly schedule. We provide in home as well as in our 3500 SF fitness center.
Our Personal Coaching/Training Philosophy is to share knowledge of the fundamentals of the Activity/Sport with the client or athlete, through safe, enjoyable coaching/training techniques and methods. Why Exercise?
With the guidance of a knowledgeable and experienced Personal Trainer regular exercise improves your health in a number of ways. When performed at least every other day of the week, regular physical activity reduces the risk of developing such conditions as high blood pressure, diabetes and heart disease. Regular exercise not only helps control weight; it also helps build and maintain healthy bones, joints and muscles as well as promotes psychological well-being. What do Tiger Coaching personal training or athletic coaching sessions include?
Exercise/Training Program: You will receive an exercise program tailored to your health and fitness or athletic needs. Your Tiger Coaching program will include a combination of health and fitness components and exercise tracking sheets.
Tiger Coaching Personal Trainers: You will receive individualized attention, guidance and motivation to ensure your success in reaching your physical activity goals.
Fitness Assessment: The fitness assessment is a valuable tool when evaluating and designing your exercise program. Your personal trainer will use your results to identify your current fitness level and determine your exercise program focus. A variety of health and fitness categories will be assessed including:
- Resting and exercise heart rates
- Muscular endurance and strength
- Aerobic capacity
- Body composition
- Upper and lower body flexibility
Body Composition: Body composition analysis estimates the percentage of body weight that is fat weight and lean weight. This information is useful in achieving specific weight goals and in determining certain health risk factors. Testing will be performed using a skinfold caliper method or Omron monitor.
Nutritional Advice: Tiger Coaching Trainers will evaluate your current eating habits and help you develop a healthy eating plan to achieve your goals. Detailed Nutritional programs are available with a Tiger Coaching registered dietitian at an additional cost. Resting Metabolic testing is also available at a low cost of $59.
30 and 60-minute sessions:
- Various packages available
- Prior to starting 30-minute sessions, you must complete one 60-minute session or have previously purchased a package of 60-minute sessions.
